China Eastern Airlines has placed a follow-on order with COMAC for 100 C919s. The airline said on September 28 that it has signed an aircraft sales agreement for the aircraft, which will be delivered between 2024 and 2031.
The order has been approved during a recent meeting of the Board of Directors. The agreement is valued at $9.09 billion in list prices, but China Eastern says that it has received a substantial discount.
