The Sukhoi Superjet, like most commercial aircraft, will now have a business jet version for those seeking a large cabin aircraft. Â The Superjet 100, with 5 abreast seating in airline configuration, provides a cabin that is quite spacious, and while not the equal of a Boeing Business Jet or Airbus Corporate Jet, is much less expensive.
Comlux, based in Switzerland, who already operate five Airbus Corporate Jets, a Boeing 767, four Bombardier Global Express, and three Global 5000s will add two Sukhoi Business jets, and two options, to their portfolio as the launch customer.
Sukhoi sales executive Carlo Loghi, while initially skeptical, indicated that he now believes there is a market for over 100 Sukhoi Business Jets over the next 20 years.
