[Updated update] FlightGlobal now reports that indeed some SSJs are being phased out at Interjet.

We just received a document from UAC regarding the earlier news about Interjet disposing of its SSJ fleet. We reported this news.

Now it seems the Interjet news was not what it first appeared to be.

The release from the airline was necessary as it would be easy to understand the quote as FlightGlobal did. We also understood the original comment to have a negative implication for the SSJ given the challenges that aircraft has in Mexico. Moreover, Cityjet has also had challenges. So understanding the quote as having a negative overtone was plausible.

UAC is hoping to share news on the recent Aeroflot SSJ order with us when that becomes available.
