Saudia Airlines is closing in again on the all-time record of 36.9 million passengers carried in 2019. The airline said on Monday that it carried 30.3 million passengers in 2023, up from 25 million in the previous year.
Saudia reports a 36 percent increase of international passengers carried to 16.7 million on 79.400 flights Domestic travel increased by 7 percent to 13.5 million on 96.900 flights. This makes 176.300 flights in total. Flight hours are split 382.000 for international and 163.000 for domestic.
