Tim Clark: Emirates Will Rebound Fast

Emirates President Sir Tim Clark is absolutely confident that his airline and Dubai will bounce back from the crisis in the Middle East that hit the UAE hard since February 28. “If a solution is found and this goes away in the next two to four weeks, by the end of the summer, nobody will remember what has happened.”

Clark was speaking online from Dubai in an interview with Richard Quest at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit in Berlin on Thursday. “This year, despite March being wiped out because of the crisis, we still improved our financial metrics by some country mile. We will be the most profitable airline of the year, as you will hear soon”, Clark said.
