Care to share?

Cirrus launched the TRAC10, designed specifically for the flight training market. This is a new platform, powered by the turbocharged Rotax 916iSc FADEC engine, with a three-place cabin (student, instructor, and observer), a Garmin flight deck, and the Cirrus Aircraft Parachute System. Cirrus has already received orders for more than 100 TRAC10 aircraft from 13 customers as it formally launches the program, with deliveries scheduled to begin domestically in 2027 and internationally in 2028.

Filling a Lineup Hole

Known for high-performance piston aircraft, including the very successful SR-20 and SR-22/SR-22T piston models and the SF-50 Vision Jet

, Cirrus lacked a trainer for the flight school market. This new, and less expensive model, enables Cirrus to compete with the Cessna Skyhawk and Piper Archer in the flight training market, and offer students a way to step up to a familiar cockpit from a training aircraft to a high-performance single to a personal jet.
