Tracking GTF AOGs

This is proving to be a challenging task.  Many are doing this, and there are several data sources.  We use ch-Aviation, and this is what we see as of April 5.  This is an update to our tracking of this issue

We are uncertain about accuracy because we think there could be/should be 150 more AOG. AvWeek has 670 as of April 1st, compared to our 536 AOG.
