Embraer is showcasing its E-195-E2 aircraft, named The Profit Hunter and spectacularly painted by an employee and artist at Embraer. The aircraft looks spectacular, as shown in the photo below. According to CEO John Slattery, “The Profit Hunter symbolizes the ability of the E2 to adapt to any environment, fly long distances with tremendous efficiency, and hunt down new business opportunities in today’s fiercely competitive environment.”
In addition to the E195-E2, the company is showcasing the KC-390 tanker and the Legacy 450 business jet in Paris.
The E2 series of jets at Embraer remain on-budget and ahead of schedule with their development, and performance numbers have recently been refined to increase range and highlight better than expected fuel economy being experienced by their test fleet. The E190-E2 and E195-E2 are both ahead of schedule in flight testing, and the E175-E2, which is not scheduled for EIS until 2020, continues in development.
