In conversation: ACIA Aero Leasing

We spent a good half hour speaking with ACIA Aero Leasing’s CEO Mick Mooney and SVP Commercial Sameer Adam.  It is an auspicious time to chat with an aircraft lessor as the industry faces the huge task of recovering leased aircraft in Russia.  This came up in the conversation.  As did some interesting items like Embraer crossover jets and their potential for freighter conversions.  ACIA has a firm position on clean aviation – they want it ASAP and are pushing the OEMs on this.
