Textron unveils three new Gen3 business jets

Textron Aviation unveiled three new business jets this week prior to the NBAA convention.  The three models, the Citation M2 Gen3, CJ3 Gen3, and CJ4 Gen3 will update Cessna’s light business jet family.  The CJ4 Gen3 will enter service in 2026, followed by the CJ3 Gen3 and M2 Gen3 in 2027.

The newest models of these three popular aircraft will feature the revolutionary Garmin Emergency Autoland technology on all three aircraft.  The new models will feature the next generation Garmin G3000 PRIME avionics suite for intuitive and seamless control for pilots.  Each of the aircraft will be certified for single pilot operations.
