Airbus is re-purposing assets, in particular a part of the Broughton factory in Wales. The facility that manufactured wings for the now out of production A380, will be converted to build wings for the popular A321neo family. With an investment of £150 million, the switch-over will create 480 jobs, 250 of which will be on the factory floor.
