The I-92 is an excellent source of international air traffic data. This source tracks flights arriving and departing the US. It tracks everyone, so it is not a sample but a census. Moreover, this source reports much faster than DoT, whose data often runs 90 days late. The chart displays traffic departing the US to the first foreign port.

Looking at the traffic from January 2023 through April 2024, only two markets (in green) are at their highest points. However, several markets show trends that are moving up (in yellow). The red arrows highlight markets that look like they are softening.
While the data history we are working with is short, the number of markets looking soft is surprisingly low. Equally, the number of markets that look robust is also low.
