SMBC Leasing converts 22 A320neo family options

SMBC Aviation Capital announced that the leasing company has converted options for 22 A320neo family aircraft into firm orders.  This follow an initial order for 20 aircraft in 2021, bring the lessor’s total commitment to 42 additional firm A320neo family aircraft.  SMBC Aviation Capital currently manages a portfolio of 142 GTF powered A320neo

family aircraft.   

SMBC has chosen Pratt & Whitney GTF engines for their orders.
