Yesterday, the US Bankruptcy Court approved Aeromexico’s Chapter 11 plan. The airline is now set to exit Chapter 11 proceedings after more than a year and a half under financial reorganization. Moreover, if Aeromexico’s business plan is executed correctly, the carrier’s financial performance will be among the top tier relative to competitors.

On Friday, January 28, the US Bankruptcy Judge Shelley Chapman confirmed Aeromexico’s Plan of Reorganization, following a two-day hearing.
