Emirates goes into Dubai Airshow week with solid results, reporting its highest-ever six-month result for HY1 of the financial year 2023/2024. The carrier produced an AED 10.1 billion ($2.7 billion) consolidated net profit of the period.

The AED 10.1 billion compares to AED 4.2 billion between March and September 2022. Group revenues grew to AED 67.3 billion from AED 56.6 billion. EBITDA was up to AED 20.6 billion from AED 15.3 billion. The profit margin for Emirates Airline and service company dnata doubled to 15 percent.
