Bombardier Aerospace announced that a customer, which requested to remain unidentified, has placed a firm order for 16 CRJ900 NextGen regional jets and has also taken options for eight airliners of the same type.
Based on the list price for the CRJ900 NextGen aircraft, the firm order is valued at approximately $727m. The value could increase to $1.12bn should the customer exercise its options.
