Daher Completes Acquisition of Quest and Executes on US Growth Strategy

Daher’s update at NBAA spoke about the completion of its merger with Quest Aviation, which closed on October 1st of this year. This acquisition provides Daher with aircraft manufacturing capabilities on both sides of the Atlantic as Daher continues its North American expansion strategy.

The only major change resulting from the merger will be a name change to Kodiak Aircraft. The 280 employees in Sandpoint, Idaho are not impacted by the merger.
