Norse Atlantic Boeing 787-9
Norse Atlantic posted a $95 million net loss for the 1H26, more than four times deeper than the same period last year. Second-quarter income slumped on two fronts: Norse cut back its own scheduled network activity, while the wet-lease business it had been counting on to stabilize earnings underperformed.
That wet-lease business just lost its anchor customer. Indian carrier IndiGo has agreed to discontinue its ACMI partnership with Norse entirely, citing “geopolitical challenges,” returning six Boeing 787s to Norse’s fleet.
