Fiona brings 13 years of aerospace experience in the UK and USA and now couples it with her extensive leadership and coaching capabilities to influence culture in aerospace. With AirInsight, she will primarily be responsible for thought leadership and contributing articles on how culture influences the aerospace industry trends and events and how cultural change can positively impact strategy and performance.
Fiona is also the owner of Ready To Fly, an executive coaching and consulting company that transforms excellent leaders into extraordinary leaders, capable of empowering their teams to thrive and deliver enviable results. Fiona has worked for industry icons Rolls-Royce and Parker Aerospace, experiencing aerospace from the vantage point of multiple business functions including customer management, sales and marketing, fleet planning, supply chain management, project management, cost management, and services. She has brought new products and technologies to market, transformed customer and supplier relationships and advocated for cultural transformation through internal projects and her role on the board of Rolls-Royce Women as Mentoring & Coaching Chair.
In 2013 Fiona relocated to Seattle from the UK to represent Rolls-Royce as their Customer Business Director to Boeing. Today she represents the Pacific Northwest aerospace cluster as Deputy Executive Director of Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance, a role that has allowed her to appreciate the complexity of the supply chain and have a unique insight into the different cultures that exist across aerospace companies.
Fiona is described by her clients and colleagues as a powerhouse for the transformation of people and organizations. Her work is centered on the pillars of authenticity, integrity, resilience, and compassion for the self and the workplace; qualities that accelerated Fiona’s success at driving relationships and revenue in aerospace.  She is also very passionate about diversity and is now an ambassador for the Gender Intelligence Group, the premier leader in gender intelligence for revealing the business advantage of men and women working and leading together by bringing to light the neuroscience of gender differences.   Fiona is a graduate of Oxford University, holds an MSc in Project Management and is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, the leading global organization for professional coaching standards and credentials.
