Flynas, the first low cost airline in Saudi Arabia, has signed an MOU for 10 A321XLR aircraft. In addition, the carrier is converting 10 existing A320neo aircraft currently on order to the A321neo.
Flynas currently operates 30 A320ceo and 2 A320neo aircraft. Since its inception in 2007, Flynas has set ambitious growth plans to continuously develop its fleet in order to carry more passengers. In 2018 the airline carried around 6.6 million passengers on 60,000 domestic and international flights. The A321XLR will be utilized for international route expansion.
