Mario Asselin is an industry veteran. In one of his many achievements, Mario was part of the Bombardier team that certified the Global 7500. The ideas being developed by the Asselin team are timely – focusing on regional air service as service gets cut back. Mario notes their airplane might achieve up to 90% lower costs than a regional jet. Achieving this will be music to US regional airlines and the RAA. Another disruptive idea coming at the right time.
