US airline schedule padding continues apace

You thought the Pangea big bang impact was over? Nope. Apparently, some geolocations are not as far apart as they were even a year ago.

Take a look at US airline industry schedule padding. Padding creativity varies by airline. However, padding is present across the board. The industry average is six minutes over the period analyzed. Hawaiian warrants a shout-out for being the least creative.
