Here's the updated model. Notes: Gross orders at 49, including 34 MAX (14 canceled by TUI UK, 15 are Undisclosed, and five for Alaska Airlines. There is also an order for 15 KC-46 tankers. After 15 for ASC606 Adjustments, net orders are 15. YTD orders, including conversion, are at 191. Deliveries were 13: nine MAXs, two 777Fs, and two 787s. YTD deliveries are at 318. MAX production at Renton has restarted. November numbers were expected to be poor, particularly deliveries. The more crucial thing to watch is how quickly Boeing gets Renton restarted. We are pleased to see a few deliveries already in December as the FAL moves again. Boeing has had an awful year. However, one cannot go back and change anything. The new CEO is focusing his team on moving forward, job #1. Fortunately for Boeing, demand has not frittered away. Customers who have been waiting patiently for their MAXs are eager for delivery. The exception here is China, where it seems politics is still at play. We noted two weeks ago that China needs to be talking about one MAX per day from the inventory to clear out the ~50 delayed deliveries before the US inauguration on January 20th. This would avoid tariff impacts. This delivery rate is not happening. November may be a low for Boeing, and it can only improve from now on. We all hope!
