Colombia’s El Dorado To Increase Its Capacity

The Colombian Civil Aviation authorities have given authorization to Bogota’s International Airport to augment the number of flights per hour it can have. Colombia’s El Dorado to increase its capacity, going from 47 operations every sixty minutes to 65. Nevertheless, there’s too much to do still. 

El Dorado’s capacity: 65 operations per hour

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, El Dorado International Airport had a capacity of 74 flights per hour. Due to the crisis, the Colombian hub shut down for several months and has been slowly reopening. 

The Colombian Civil Aviation authorities have given authorization to Bogota’s International Airport to augment the number of flights per hour it can have. Colombia’s El Dorado to increase its capacity, going from 47 operations every sixty minutes to 65. Nevertheless, there’s too much to do still.
