We have revised our Airbus O&D model and this follows the earlier published Boeing numbers. Using that model as our template, here is the same layout for Airbus data.
Having the same layout allows readers to compare both OEMs on as equal a footing as we can provide. Note that Airbus provides gross order data and of course Boeing does not break down MAX models ordered. As always it is better to focus on the deliveries. However, to Airbus credit, they do offer their order data with a level of detail we do not see from Boeing. Specifically, Airbus orders from a lessor identifies the operator where that information is available.
Our O&D model template is something of a work in progress. As we get feedback we will consider adding more views of the data. We encourage readers to provide feedback using the link.
