The cultural melding of Airbus & Bombardier in Mirabel

During our recent visit to the Mirabel facility, where the former Bombardier C Series is built, and now is called the Airbus A220, our media group was exposed to the new team.  This team consists of former Bombardier people and new Airbus people coming from Toulouse, France.

Several former Bombardier people now are firmly part of Airbus.  The fact that this new team, combining quite different cultures and were formally heated competitors has coagulated into a new form – and it is amazing to see.  Consider that eighteen months ago this formation was unthinkable.
