Reading the EASA A320neo certification document, we came across this item.

This suggests the LEAP-powered A320neo weighs 300Kg or ~660 pounds more.  Which is especially interesting given the GTF is the larger of the two.  Also, a heavier engine likely requires a more robust pylon.
