The wide-body market has only two current players, Airbus and Boeing. This segment is suffering from international border closings and the pandemic, as well as a trend that began before the pandemic to replace small wide bodies with larger narrow bodies. The long-term outlook for this segment from several analysts indicates that the wide-body market may not return to 2019 levels before 2025.
