Airbus has now dropped the use of catalogue or list prices for its aircraft, and will no longer publish list prices. The rationale is that real-world deals bare little resemblance to “list prices” given the massive discounting that routinely occurs in the industry.
While Boeing has published 2019 list prices, Airbus has decided to stop using them because they are no longer relevant to market conditions.
