Care to share?

What do late arrivals look like?  Not what the FAA calls “late” – no 15 minute grace period here! The schedule is the schedule, especially when it is published.  We grant airlines slack because there are exogenous factors that throw off schedules, but when we average out this into the YTD numbers, late is late.
